REORGANIZATION CHANGE MANAGEMENT

We use the same fundamental structure of our Value Chain Transformation (VCT) methodology to manage reorganization change that we do for Business Process Reengineering change. Experience, however, strongly suggests careful attention must be applied to the communication and consensus building aspects of the Organization Design.

It's inevitable that strong opinions and politics will try to rise up, and the only thing that can keep the team focused is foundation understanding of process-based resource and skills needs that have been documented with good analytical work and agreement across the stakeholder groups.
