BUSINESS PERFORMANCE & OPPORTUNITY ASSESSMENT

So, what if you know your organization needs Business Process Reengineering but you are unsure where or what to work on? Or you're just uncertain about the Process Reengineering priorities? AIT can help you conduct a Business Performance and Opportunity Assessment before any process reengineering is done to make sure you are focusing the organization on the highest priority and highest reward opportunities. We refer to this as Phase 0, or Opportunity Assessment.
WHAT WE DO
In its simplest terms, we ask the people in your company. This isn't a bunch of loosely defined questions and answers, though. We use a very structured, one-on-one Focus Interview process, which allows anonymous candid feedback from your team. We interview employees across all functions, touching the process space and people throughout the entire chain of command. We then quantitatively and qualitatively summarize the interview feedback around hypothesized improvement areas you and your leadership team have put together with us prior to the interviews.
This approach allows us to quickly zero-in on not only the problem areas and the details around these problems, but also the priorities relative to all other opportunities within the process space. We have never conducted a Phase 0 - Opportunity Assessment without uncovering surprise opportunities or surprise priorities, which goes to show you there is no substitute for communicating well with your own team.
