Implementation is the fourth, and final, phase of the Value Chain Methodology, and generally rolls out over a six- to 12-month process. After deciding on a framework and learning how to implement the strategies needed to put in place, newly trained and certified company leaders being executing the project and tracking results of the new processes and procedures. The solutions that have been built, piloted and tested in previous phases are now implementation throughout the company and solutions are measured, enhanced and evolved.
