IMPLEMENTATION PLANNING

Implementation Planning work of the Business Process Re-Engineering Team frequently enables our customers to complete the final phase (implementation) - without any further AIT support. AIT will often participate in the post-implementation review to ensure all components of the solution were implemented as designed and to validate the full benefits of the project were realized. 
  • Further develop conceptual To-Be processes and operating model(s) 
  • Define solution road maps (people, process, technology) 
  • Define changes in policy, process, standards, roles and metrics 
  • Develop detailed implementation plans 
  • Prioritize and charter implementation projects 
  • Resource, communicate and train project teams
  • Ensure the implementation or deployment teams have thorough understanding of the To-Be designs
