One of AIT's first top-down Continuous Improvement programs was developed for Delphi Automotive - the largest automotive parts supplier in the U.S. prior to the automotive meltdown. Since that time, we've been blessed to work with a number of companies in the automotive industry, many of which were referred to us through associates at Delphi. For those of you who have been around for a while, you may remember in the late '90s, the American auto industry was lagging behind companies like Toyota and Mercedes in the areas of manufacturing efficiency and product quality. We're proud to say we've had at least a small part in helping the auto industry get back on the right path with all the work we've performed for this group of customers.
